Provide engineering support to customers and distributors in the thermal management industry, focusing on application development, design-in support, and project coordination.
Job Description:
- Provide technical support to customer R&D and mechanical design teams, as well as distributors.
- Deepen technical engagement and enhance brand recognition with key accounts.
- Understand customer requirements thoroughly and recommend suitable company products.
- Support design-in of both standard and customized products; collaborate with internal teams to meet technical requirements.
- Capture new project opportunities and communicate them to the sales team promptly.
- Deliver weekly status reports summarizing project progress and design-win outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; background in mechanical design is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, engineering, quality, or R&D roles within electronics or mechanical industries.
- Proficiency in mechanical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Pro/E, UG, SolidWorks).
- Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%, including ~30% to China and ~20% to India).
