Job Description:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies.
- Drive business development and manage customer relationships in overseas markets; grow revenue through distributor/agent channels.
- Perform market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration and resource integration to achieve commercial goals.
- Set and manage sales budgets and performance KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales & marketing team.
- Prepare regular reports and track performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development (medical device sector preferred).
- Strong grasp of marketing strategy, sales techniques, and business‑development workflows.
- Ability to conduct data‑driven market analysis and competitive research, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills; adept at cross‑department collaboration.
- Proven negotiation skills and customer relationship management expertise.
