Overview
Responsible for expanding business in the thermal solution ecosystem by identifying and engaging with key players in the cooling systems market, driving design-in efforts, and coordinating global project activities.

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities within the cooling and thermal management industry.
  • Track sales pipeline and performance using CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Lead technical discussions to support product design-in.
  • Coordinate with global teams on project status and handoffs.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Support pricing, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in business development or technical sales, ideally within cooling systems, components, or thermal solution industries.
  • Understanding of thermal system architecture and mechanical connection technologies.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%, including ~30% to China and ~20% to India).

Plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree (mechanical/engineering preferred).
  • Background in mechanical design or thermal system integration.
  • Network within the cooling/thermal management or component manufacturing ecosystem.
