- Lead and manage the automotive electronics R&D and sales teams.
- Develop and expand relationships with potential clients.
- Integrate internal and external resources to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the automotive OEM or aftermarket is essential.
- Proven experience leading a team in automotive electronics. Cross-functional skills with a background in Sales, R&D, or Project Management.
- Fluent in English for effective communication with international clients.
