Job Summary:
The main objective of this position is to execute business strategies within assigned industry segments (Electronics/Semiconductors) by identifying new project opportunities, fostering connections with OEMs, suppliers, consultants, and key industry players. This role seeks to drive revenue growth by expanding the company’s business and product offerings.

Job Description:

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with suppliers, consultants, agencies, and equipment manufacturers to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Analyze customer needs to uncover potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging technological advancements.
  • Position Hyperion products during the project initiation phase to secure a competitive advantage.
  • Deliver tailored and value-driven solutions, presenting technical information to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, sales activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Stay well-versed in Hyperion’s product portfolio.
  • Comply with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of technical sales experience or relevant industry exposure.
  • Familiarity with process manufacturing or tooling industries (e.g., tungsten carbide, CBN/diamond tools) is a plus but not required.
  • Educational background in Mechanical or Material Engineering is advantageous.
  • Skilled in value-oriented selling, focusing on enhancing customer efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, project coordination skills, and a technical mindset.
  • Competent in CRM tools, computer applications, and reporting systems.
  • Fluency in the local language with advanced English communication skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
