Job Description:

Sales Management and Product Promotion

  • Negotiate sales plans with customers (distributors) and monitor execution.
  • Drive marketing activities and sales promotion programs.
  • Develop new customers, promote balanced market growth, and assist in planning exhibition activities to enhance brand visibility.

Market Analysis and Intelligence Gathering

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market analysis reports.
  • Gather market demands to support marketing decisions.

Customer Relationship and Feedback Management

  • Maintain strong partnerships with customers (distributors), promptly resolve issues, and improve satisfaction.
  • Collect and respond to customer feedback, promote product improvements, and ensure internal teams quickly address needs.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience in international markets, with a preference for experience in the Asian market.
  • Experience in managing distributors and regional market expansion.
  • Background in industrial equipment or electronic components is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in an intermediate-level second foreign language is a plus.
