Job Description:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies.
  • Drive business development and manage customer relationships in overseas markets; grow revenue through distributor/agent channels.
  • Perform market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration and resource integration to achieve commercial goals.
  • Set and manage sales budgets and performance KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales & marketing team.
  • Prepare regular reports and track performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development (medical device sector preferred).
  • Strong grasp of marketing strategy, sales techniques, and business‑development workflows.
  • Ability to conduct data‑driven market analysis and competitive research, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills; adept at cross‑department collaboration.
  • Proven negotiation skills and customer relationship management expertise.
