Job Description:

  • Drive Sales Growth – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts for long-term growth.
  • New Business Development – Identify and convert new opportunities to expand product reach.
  • Sales Execution & Negotiation – Oversee CRM, manage the sales funnel, and negotiate key contracts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Pricing & Revenue Management – Implement pricing strategies and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Compliance & Performance Monitoring – Ensure adherence to corporate policies, EHS regulations, and performance KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10 years in sales management with industry expertise.
  • Engineering background (Mechanical/Materials) is a plus.
  • Multilingual proficiency preferred.
  • Willing to travel up to 60%.
