Job Description:
- Drive Sales Growth – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share expansion.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts for long-term growth.
- New Business Development – Identify and convert new opportunities to expand product reach.
- Sales Execution & Negotiation – Oversee CRM, manage the sales funnel, and negotiate key contracts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Pricing & Revenue Management – Implement pricing strategies and ensure timely payment collections.
- Compliance & Performance Monitoring – Ensure adherence to corporate policies, EHS regulations, and performance KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8–10 years in sales management with industry expertise.
- Engineering background (Mechanical/Materials) is a plus.
- Multilingual proficiency preferred.
- Willing to travel up to 60%.
