Overview

Responsible for expanding business in the server and datacenter ecosystem by managing key OEM accounts, driving design-in efforts, and coordinating global project activities.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute account plans for major server OEMs (e.g., hyperscalers, tier-one vendors).
  • Track sales pipeline and performance using CRM tools.
  • Build strong ties with OEMs and their ODM/CM partners.
  • Lead technical discussions to support product design-in.
  • Align with global teams on project status and handoffs.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends.
  • Support pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (mechanical/engineering preferred).
  • 5+ years in business development (server, IT, cloud-related fields).
  • Familiar with server hardware architecture and mechanical connection technologies.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
